Use of the service

Metel Scan translates selected manga, manhwa, and manhua page regions for personal reading. You are responsible for using the service only in ways that respect applicable law, site terms, copyright rules, and the rights of original publishers and creators.

Accounts and billing

• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• Paddle is the billing provider at launch and may appear as the seller or merchant on checkout, receipts, invoices, refunds, and disputes.
• Credits, subscription status, and billing access are fulfilled only after signed provider webhooks update the account ledger.
• Product packaging, prices, refund rules, and regional availability are launch decisions and may change before production release.

Abuse and chargebacks

We may use request audit logs, credit usage logs, billing webhook records, and provider transaction identifiers to detect abuse, enforce limits, investigate service errors, reconcile refunds, and respond to chargebacks or payment disputes. We may suspend or limit accounts that attempt to bypass billing, automate abusive usage, attack the service, or exploit bugs.

Availability

Translation quality and availability depend on third-party services, including hosting, GPU processing, auth, billing, and LLM providers. The service is provided as-is during launch preparation and may change as we refine pricing, limits, and infrastructure.
